The focus of the J-Fit Health Club can be seen in the array of interactive fitness and physical educational programs offered for people of all ages (preschool-age to adult). The department creates opportunities for individuals to get healthy and fit, meet and make new friends, and encourage and support individuals to begin and/or continue their fitness journeys. The J-Fit Health Club offers a wide variety of health and wellness opportunities including fitness programs and personal training packages.
Think about this: 70% of Americans begin an exercise program and in less than 3 months, 80% of them quit. More importantly, 80% of all health club memberships are never used. Interestingly, 85% of individuals who have a personal trainer maintain their regimen.
The J's Personal Training program will provide you with the motivation and direction you need to achieve your health and fitness goals! After an initial evaluation to establish your baseline health and fitness level, your program will be designed to meet your individual needs — whether that’s weight loss, recovering from an injury or surgery, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, or just general health and fitness.
