Since 2006, the J-Fit Health Club has grown to be the place for the 55+ community looking to be active and social.
Our mission is to create a sense of belonging in our community while enriching minds, strengthening bodies, and nurturing the spirit.
Although all of our programs can be customized to serve all ages and abilities, we specialize in meeting the needs of the 55+ community.
