There’s an alphabet soup of diets, from FODMAPS to SCD to GAPs in addition to low fiber, low fat, and beyond. She’ll help you figure out what strategy will best manage your symptoms, and customize it to the way you live.
Cheryl’s expertise is helping to make healthy eating easy and teaching ways to make new habits stick–for good. Food is meant to be enjoyable and fun, and it’s also meant to nourish you so you can feel and live well.
