Dance and burn calories to Bollywood music! It takes the same energizing spirit of Bollywood, but gives it a fitness twist, creating a full-body cardio workout that keeps you moving and smiling the entire way through.

If you’re looking for a new challenge, yoga on a standup paddleboard will reinvigorate you and push you to become an even better yogi than you thought possible. Combine the relaxation of water and the strength of yoga. Open your mind and awaken dormant muscles by challenging your balance, flexibility and focus. Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga in our indoor pool can keep you peaceful and energized all at once. All equipment is included in each class. Space is limited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once you have registered for a session you may cancel up to 1 day after participating in your first class. You will be reimbursed for the total amount paid for your session, minus the value of your first class. Cancellation after your second class is not eligible for reimbursement. If registration is canceled prior to the first day of class, a $35 handling fee is deducted from the refund.

Aging Backwards/Age Reversing Stretch

In Aging Backwards/Age Reversing Stretch, you can help slow down and reverse the speed in which your cells die — so you can stay feeling young and vibrant as you age! This workout will restore movement in your joints, flexibility and strength in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy, and your immune system. This slow-paced, full body workout (640 muscles) is based on tai chi’s flowing movements for balanced health; ballet’s strengthening theories for long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing powers of physiotherapy to create a pain free body. Created by the author of The New York Times bestseller, Aging Backwards and the new PBS show and book titled Forever Painless.

This workout program offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements with low impact options available. Members can enjoy their first week FREE! Non-members get their first class FREE. A discounted rate of 50% off the 6 and 12-month membership options is available to all full J members. Participants should be able to stand on their feet for the full hour and be comfortable getting down to and up from the floor.

P.I.E.R Program

The PIER program addresses post rehab needs related to injuries and chronic issues. It is also offered as the next step after physical therapy and occupational therapy. The PIER program is an aquatic program that can incorporate exercises on land. For details, contact Petya.Ivanova@jccnv.org
