Each summer, we look for dynamic, fun, and motivated counselors to join our team. Ideal applicants will be able to work all summer long. Full attendance at orientation (always the week prior to the start of camp) is a must.

J Camps staff must be willing to:

• Attend Orientation Week—important for new and returning staff; each summer is filled with surprises!
• Work from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
• Be able to supervise a group of 10+ children with a co-counselor
• Swim in our pool and run around outside each day
• Go on exciting field trips either each week or bi-weekly
• Smile all summer long
• Let loose and fully embrace the camp spirit
• Positively impact the lives of children and peers
