"Twenty-five years ago, when I joined the JCCNV I enrolled in a small exercise class where I met a group of women who I now call my "best friends". We have been together for many birthday celebrations, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and now weddings and funerals. We still meet together 2 -3 times a week for a hard workout of kickboxing, spinning, weights, swimming and coffee. My day or my body would not be complete without my morning at the J with the girls.
