Benefits of Personal Training
Wednesday, December 6, 11:45am–12:45pm
Presented by Elin Kanchev
Being physically active is of huge importance to our health. The benefits of exercising are endless. If that is the case, why are there so many of us who do not stay physically fit or are afraid of the gym? One reason is that most people are not sure or confident in what type of workout is best for them. Here at the J, our personal trainers work specifically with each client to reach their own fitness goals and educate on the correct form and exercises. Elin will share how our trainers conduct assessments and provide customized training sessions.
