Being a member has its benefits! The JCCNV offers discounts to our members on classes and programs. In order for membership rates to apply, membership must remain current throughout the duration of the class/program. Please click here for additional membership benefits.
Physical activity helps you look and feel better by improving your skin, posture and muscle tone and helps you to be stronger and have more energy. Experts say just 30 minutes of activity on most days will help you stay healthier. The JCCNV offers a variety of fabulous group exercise classes throughout the week that will help you be your healthiest self! Please review the class descriptions and schedules and make plans to join in on the fun and activity of our exercise classes. People of all faiths and fitness levels are welcome.
