JCCNV: A Great Fit for Me!

The Sports, Fitness & Aquatics department offers programs all year long to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and levels of ability. Our trained staff is here to help you meet your personal fitness goals.

The Voice

Sports, Fitness & Aquatics

Youth Fitness-Room Training

Instructors: Certified personal trainers

11-13-year-olds work one-on-one with a certified trainer. Learn to use the equipment and develop an exercise and training program to improve health, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Cost:  $150M/ $250C (6 classes)


Sports Enhancement Training

 Instructors: Certified personal trainers

This training is for athletes who want to improve overall athletic development, including speed/acceleration, aerobic capacity/endurance, agility/coordination, explosive power/quickness, muscular strength/stamina and performance flexibility.

Mishpacha only: 12 sessions

Individuals:       $700

Groups (2-4):    $1,100


Youth Sports

Interested in giving back to the community? Sponsor a JCCNV youth sports team! All donations are used to purchase new equipment, maintain fields and provide scholarships.  Contact Allison Colman if you or your business is interested in sponsoring a team.


JCCNV Youth Fall Soccer (Ages 4+)
Grades: pre-K-1

The JCCNV league runs a preschool soccer program on Sunday afternoons, beginning in September. Each 30 minute practice session is followed by 30 minute small sided games. The K-1 league has one practice per week and plays their games on Sunday afternoons. 

Practice schedule:
Pre-K:        Sundays, 1pm-2pm
Grades K-1:      Mondays, 5pm–6pm or Wednesdays, 5:30pm–6:30pm

Game schedule:
Pre-K: Sundays, 1pm–2pm
Kindergarten–1st grade: Sundays, 2pm–3pm

During the week, children can be transported to the field from the BASE program, please indicate when you register that your child needs to be picked up from BASE.  This league needs volunteer coaches.  Please contact Allison Colman if you are interested in coaching a team—training is provided!

Grades 2+ can form their own teams and play in the Annandale Boys and Girls Club.

JCCNV Youth Winter Basketball (Grades K-4)

Registration opens in November. Season begins in January!

Join us for our winter basketball season at the JCCNV. Our teams play as a part of the Annandale Boys and Girls Club. Our youth basketball programs focus on developing fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun in a recreational environment. All games are played on Sunday afternoons and each team has one practice during the week (depending on scheduling).  Volunteer coaches are needed! Uniforms are included in price.

Cost:              $120M/ $130C
Before Dec. 1: $100M/ $110C
