Group Fitness Classes
Physical activity helps you look and feel better by improving your skin, posture and muscle tone and helps you to be stronger and have more energy. Experts say just 30 minutes of activity on most days will help you stay healthier. The JCCNV offers a variety of fabulous group exercise classes throughout the week that will help you be your healthiest self!
