I am dedicated to helping others reach their fitness and lifestyle goals through motivation, positive reinforcement, and a diverse knowledge of exercise. My physical fitness background has influenced me to engage in everyday challenges and build upon my goals, and I use a similar mentality when training others. I believe in treating each client as an individual and using a variety of exercise forms to train each muscle group and each aspect of physical fitness."
