30-minute One-on-One Workout Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer

We understand that it’s hard to devote an hour to exercise each day with packed schedules, juggling work and kids, or starting a new program.  The JCCNV offers 30-minute sessions for just that reason!  If your time is limited or you’re jumping back in to an exercise program after a while off, 30-minutes is the perfect amount of time to get in a quality workout!  For those looking for a more intense workout- try 30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) - you might be surprised at just how hard a half-hour of training can be!

Fitness Boxing Training

Fitness Boxing is a total body workout that takes the best aspects of programs used by some of the world’s most finely conditioned athletes— boxers. The Fitness Boxing Training program combines these intense aspects into a fitness program that is safe and efficient for the general population.  In other words, with Fitness Boxing, you train like a boxer in everything but full contact sparring. It works most of the human body’s physiological systems.  Using specialized resistance training, boxing specific equipment drills, and anaerobic exercise train the musculoskeletal system and cardiovascular system to be more efficient.  
All packages include ten, 45-minute sessions.

Balance & Flexibility Training

Maintaining your balance and flexibility is important during almost all physical activities. Current research shows that the ability to balance may begin to diminish as early as 30 years old. Targeting the lower body and core muscles, the balance and flexibility training program utilizes a combination of strength training, body weight exercises, balance tools, and stretches to improve overall balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Use tools like the BOSU ball, stability ball, foam roller, stretch bands & more. All packages include ten 30-minute sessions.

TRX Suspension Training

(available for individuals only)

Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX® Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility and core stability. Whether you’re young or old, out of shape or a beast, injured or at the top of your game, TRX® Suspension Training® meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go. All packages include ten 45-minute sessions and are priced per person.

Lower Body Strength & Endurance Training

Looking to specifically improve your lower body strength or muscular endurance for an upcoming run, cycling, or swim event? Want to increase tone in a specific part of your lower body? Use free weights, body weight exercises, Cybex strength training machines, and cardiovascular exercises to target the lower body muscles. Strengthen and build endurance in the quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors and abductors, glutes, and calves. Finish each session with an equally challenging stretching routine to lengthen the muscles and improve range of motion. All packages include ten 30-minute sessions and are priced per person.

Upper-Body Strength & Endurance Training

Want to specifically improve your upper body strength or muscular endurance? Want to increase tone or muscle mass in a specific part of your upper body? Use a combination of free weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, Cybex strength training machines, kettle bells and more to strengthen and build endurance in the biceps, triceps, chest, back and shoulders. All packages include ten 30-minute sessions and are priced per person.

Partner Boot Camp

This 45-minute program uses a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT), upper and lower body strength training, core conditioning, plyometrics and athletic conditioning drills to push you to your limits. If you’re looking to increase your calorie burn or push yourself to the next level then this program is for you! This package is only available for 2-4 people, and includes ten 45-minute sessions. All prices are listed per person.

Dance Strength & Flexibility Training

This program focuses on low-resistance/high-repetition strength training to build muscular endurance and develop tone, core training to improve balance and posture, and flexibility training to improve range of motion and lengthen muscles. Using a combination of strength training, balance training, Pilates & yoga, this program is perfect for young dancers growing into their bodies, as well as more advanced dancers that want to improve precision and overall technique. All packages include ten 1-hour sessions and are priced per person.

12-Week Lifestyle and Weight Management Program

Meet with a certified lifestyle and weight management consultant in this program to improve dietary habits, self-image, exercise regimen and lifestyle choices. Topics and activities include nutrition, upper- and lower-body strength, group exercise, goal setting, stress management, etc.

Specialized Fitness Assessment Test and Exercise Rx for Adults 65+

Designed for adults 65+ that have little fitness knowledge or are new to exercise, this program allows participants to work with a certified fitness coach and includes a fitness evaluation for aerobic capacity, muscle strength and body flexibility and a personalized fitness plan based on individual test results. Fee includes evaluation test, workout plan and three 30-minute sessions with a certified fitness coach.

Youth Fitness-Room Training

11-13 year-olds work one-on-one with a certified trainer. Learn to use the equipment and develop an exercise and training program to improve health, self-confidence and self-esteem. (5 classes)

Sports Enhancement Training

Designed for athletes who want to improve overall athletic development or condition during the off-season, sports enhancement training focuses on improving:

  • Aerobic capacity and endurance

  • Performance flexibility

Our certified trainers have experience working with all types of athletes and sports including: swim, dance, basketball, softball, golf, wrestling, baseball, football, lacrosse, field hockey, tennis.
