Presented by Mike Perel, Retired Safety Researcher with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

As many of us get older, we worry about driving safely. But how does our driving performance actually change? Do older adults drive less safely than younger drivers? Mike Perel will present an informative and interactive talk about the myth of the unsafe older driver, how aging might affect driving performance, and tips for staying safe behind the wheel for as long as possible. In addition, he will touch on mobility options that are available if you are unable to drive. If mobility is important to you, this program will help you continue to be a safe and independent driver.

Coffee, tea, and dessert provided.
Fee: $3/ Free J member
