Group Fitness

Physical activity helps you look and feel better by improving your skin, posture and muscle tone and helps you to be stronger and have more energy. Experts say just 30 minutes of activity on most days will help you stay healthier. The JCCNV offers a variety of fabulous group exercise classes throughout the week that will help you be your healthiest self! Please see the group fitness class descriptions below and join in on the fun! People of all faiths and fitness levels are welcome.

Many of the Center’s popular group exercise classes are free of charge for JCC Members including: Aqua Zumba, Cardio Cycling, Cardio Dance Fusion, Cardio Hip-Hop, Cardio-Kickboxing, Core Conditioning (all 3 levels), H20, Kickboxing, Level 1-5 Strength Training, Stretch, Tai Chi, Zumba and Zumba Gold!!
