Tu B’Shevat, the 15th of Shevat on the Jewish calendar, marks the “New Year” of trees in Israel. Come awaken your senses and taste buds as we share four cups of Israeli wine and exotic foods that celebrate the bounty of Israel, the pioneering spirit involved in the planting of trees from the Bible to today, and her significance in our lives wherever we may be. Special guest presentation by Susan Barocas on the Seven Species and the Biblical Shemittah Practice.
