Are you looking forward to retirement or dreading it? Did you know that people spend more time planning their two-week vacation than they do planning their retirement? And did you know that 80% of all Baby Boomers plan to work in some capacity after retirement? This two-hour class looks at the many nonfinancial issues that arise as you transition from your primary career to the next phase of your life—the Third Age. Through discussions and exercises, you will start the process to determine 1) who you want to be when you no longer have a business card, 2) what will be the purpose that gives your life meaning and 3) how to deal with relationship changes in your life. You will come away from this class with an increased awareness of areas that may need some attention prior to and after leaving your primary career as well as those areas in which you are fully prepared to enter the next great phase of your life. Dessert and coffee will be served.
