JCCNV Cultural Center

Bringing Jewish values to life through the arts

The JCCNV has a rich tradition of bringing Jewish cultural opportunities to its members and the Washington Metrolpolitan D.C. community at large. Our primary focus has been on ltheatre, film, dance and literature.

  • The JCCNV Dance Academy is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive learning environment where dancers of all skill levels, from preschool-age to adult, may embrace this remarkably expressive, nonverbal art form.
  • The NoVA International Jewish Film Festival brings poignant films, filmmakers and guest speakers as they relate to Jewish values, culture and/or history.
  • The ReelAbilities Film Festival, showcases award-winning films and engaging presenters that touch the hearts and minds of everyone.
  • The Bodzin Art Gallery features many local artists who work in a variety of media. Additionally, the fine arts program integrates Israeli arts to build community between Northern Virginia and Israel.
  • The Jewish Book Festival allows prominent authors to showcase their latest works and lets the readers get up close and personal.
  • The JCCNV Teen Centertainers program introduces the fun of performing in front of a live audience while teaching teens in grades 7-12 all about drama, costuming and theatrics.
