Jewish Heritage Video Collection
The JCCNV maintains a comprehensive video library of more than 200 films with Jewish content, thanks to the Jewish Heritage Video Foundation.  Films range from light comedies to “Schindler’s List” and “Shine”, as well as a large collection of foreign films, Holocaust, and children’s films.

There are also study guides for educators dealing with topics such as assimilation, anti-Semitism, Jewish identity, intermarriage, Jewish humor, and Jewish love and marriage.  These are available, with accompanying videos, free of charge to schools, synagogues, and church groups.  For more information, contact Pam Wiener.

Library
The JCCNV library is located in the adult lounge.  Browse through our extensive selection of fiction and non-fiction books with Judaic themes.  The library is open to members during building hours, unless in use, and operates on the honor system.  To check out a book, fill out a card with your name and phone number and leave at the front desk.  Return the book to the front desk.

We accept donations of gently used books, which we sell to raise funds to purchase new books for our library.  No periodicals please.

Please Help.
The JCCNV is Missing Library Books.

If you have library books that you are no longer using, please return them to the front desk.
Thank you.

Refund Policy

Full cash refunds will be given if the JCCNV cancels an activity due to insufficient enrollment.  Cancellation prior to the first day of the session will incur a $7 handling charge that is deducted from any refund.  No refunds for one-time programs after the program has begun.

Credit is given for classes if one cancels after the first meeting and before the second.  The credit amount is prorated, less a $7 processing fee.  Credits must be presented at the time of use to be valid.  Credits cannot be used towards membership, preschool tuition, daycare or camp fees.  Other restrictions may apply.

Kashruth Policy
The JCCNV observes Kashruth, which requires a strict separation of meat and dairy foods.  All food and drink brought into the Center must be dairy or parve.  For information, please call the JCCNV.
